FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most "common" job we do for our clients is getting them to modify their nutritional habits, making them conducive to weight loss and improving overall health. This is no easy task as many habits are hard to break. However, our staff is experienced in creating positive changes in our clients via nutrition!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research & ask as many questions as possible! The more you know about your service provider, the better position you'll be in to make a decision to sign up. Integrity is also key! If a trainer or fit pro wants to do more than help you reach your goals, that may not be a fit pro worth hiring. Last, but not least, beware of any trainer willing to "haggle" with you regarding prices. While many do offer discounts for packages and services, it isn't in your best interest to hire someone who will cut their prices just for a sale. We're not car salespeople... A good pro invests a great deal of time & money to become good, and will not reduce their prices simply to get a sale.
