Mr Jackson was knowledgeable,patient,understanding and efficient in diagnosing and resolving the issues i had with my computer,phone and hard drive and what was beyond his expertise he was able to give good recommendation as to possible places that could solve those issues.His prices are reasonable and his customer service skills are remarkable

He did an excellent job, diagnosing I had malware and a failing hard drive. He replaced the hard drive and restored the few programs that the defective drive allowed. In addition, they called afterwards to see how the computer was operating. All of this was done for a very reasonable price which included picking the computer up and delivering it back to me in a timely manner.

Very quick and quality results. Had to replace a damaged computer screen quickly and he was available to repair it with a new screen within a couple of days. Will return for any future computer issues and I also highly recommend!!! Super professional and outstanding results. Well done!

Mr. Jackson is a an amazing, fast and efficient professional.
In just 24 hours he came to my home, gathered a computer with massive failure in the hard drive and then recovered all the lost data, installed a new hard drive, cleaned the computer inside and added some new thermal compounds under the fan and on top of the processor to keep it nice and cool.
He was been incredibly patient with my questions and kept in touch long after he have finished his due, just to be sure that everything works properly.
All in all, a great work by a friendly and honest professional with superb skills and zero bullshit.
For my money, the best in Brooklyn.

Rell has been to my apartment on more than one occasion to help with computer issues. He is easygoing, thorough, and has even done additional coaching over the phone if I had questions or problems after he left. I recommend him highly, and would be happy to call him again for additional problems (which, fortunately, I have not had lately!)
