- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are ready to make some discounts if the problem not serious, or if the customer ready to pay for the cash)))
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all , we try to ask customer something about his problem, then if the customer agree, we come and do service call (finding problem) if the problem is not serious, we will fix the problem in the same day, but it can be necessary to order some new parts , so we will fix the problem some days later…unfortunately
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the Bachelor degree in Chemical Technology, EPA 608, OSHA and some others
