- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to provide customers with quality service at an affordable price. A/C and Heating System Service and Repairs: We don't charge a diagnostic fee to provide a comprehensive evaluation of your A/C or heating system to identify the source of your problem and provide a recommendation to help resolve your issue. New Installations: There is no fee for us to come to your home to provide an estimate for a new system installation. Memberships: Becoming a Vvoy Service Hub Member comes with unbridled perks. Members enjoy service discounts, reduced diagnostic fees, priority appointments, and lots more. Become a member and enjoy these benefits as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer satisfaction is the primary focus of our business model. Our Technicians and Customer Care Agents are trained to be polite and respectful. New and existing customers receive an email and a text message when they schedule an appointment with us, booking reminders are also sent approximately 24hrs prior to your appointment. Once the Technician is on their way to your home you receive a notification, which also provides the specific person who will be arriving at your home. It is our firm belief that customers are at the core of our business as such we want our customers to be happy with our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Company holds a number of License/certifications including an EPA Certification, Certification in Refrigeration Operating Engineering, Daiken Certification, etc. Upon customer request, we would gladly share our contractor license number as well. Our knowledgeable and experienced Technicians bring to you the best and most effective solutions backed by our hands-on experience working on a variety of systems.
