I reached out to Tierra Electric for an issue that has been around for many years. The microwave in our home was installed incorrectly with the power cable running to a plugged in power strip. There was a cutout for an electrical outlet in the cabinet above and it needed to be setup. Edgar gave me a quote on the work that needed to be done and a timeline to complete. He also had to work around a person that works nights so scheduling was a small problem. All of this was discussed before starting and agreed upon. I couldn’t be more happy on the way things turned out. Everything was completed within the time allotted and with total satisfaction. I can’t recommend this electrician enough.

Edgar took half of my money up front and told me he could complete the job in 3 days. 2 weeks later he told me that my electric which was previously working, was shorted and he had to troubleshoot the issue. I was unable to reach him for a few days and had to hire a licensed electrician to fix the issue and complete the job. I paid Edgar’s for materials. When he picked up his stuff, he took the materials and never returned the funds I provided for materials.
