He gave me two visits for a great price and got rid of my bed bugs. The service man they sent even help me take the mattresses downstairs to the curb at no extra charge. A very great company i will reccomend to any one that asks. They went above and beyond my expectations. thanks guys i appreciated the service

This was a great company overall. They arrived at the time they told me. Before he treated my problem he explained what was going to be done. They were very professional handling this problem, and charged me a reasonable rate. It's been 3 months and I am so happy to say that I am bedbug free! Thank you so much for the transparency guys. Best in Brooklyn in my opinion

Fantastic service. We had another company come to do our inspection who our landlord organised and it took them 6 weeks to get back to us with a quote. In the interim I had found Northeastern Exterminating and called Joe who was so friendly and helpful on the phone. He explained the whole situation to me and how the treatment would work, answered all my questions and I got a really good vibe from him, especially after talking to some other companies who did not inspire confidence. Their price was in the mid-range of what I was quoted, but certainly fair. Joe gave me a time that they would come to treat and the doorbell rang right on time. James came up and gave me the full rundown and checked things while I was standing there with him. We treated our whole apartment. My biggest concern when I booked Northeastern was that their guarantee was not as good as other companies, but I'd heard a lot of stories about companies not honouring theses guarantees anyway. I'm paranoid and thought that we might still have a problem after a few days and called Joe who calmed me down and explained how the treatment works and insisted I call back in a couple of days if I was still concerned. When I did he organised to send someone out the next day to double check. James came again and didn't find any traces of anything but did a quick spray anyway just in case which completely eased my mind. It's been two months now with no issues (I even got a message the other day to follow up and double check that we'd had no further issues!) and I would THOROUGHLY recommend Northeastern Exterminating to anyone with bed bug issues! It's a horrible experience to go through and Northeastern were great at helping us through it!

I couldn't speak highly enough of my experience having Northeastern Exterminating inspect my apartment for pests. Joseph Molluso was extremely responsive and informative in his messages and obviously took into account the information I was giving him. James did the inspection and he was just as congenial and informative. He did a thorough job (and was able to find evidence of bed bugs, unfortunately), answered every one of my questions, and provided a lot of pertienent information on his own. Highly recommended.
