Yury was prompt, professional, and completed the valve replacements as agreed. The pricing was clear and reasonable. However, after the work, the water heater pilot had gone out, possibly due to the gas being temporarily shut off and needed to be restarted by the utility company. It was a quick fix, but worth noting for future awareness. Overall, I appreciate the work and would consider Yury again.

Communication was not consistent with work being done and if additional work is needed because of the parts bought by handyman that should not be charged to the customer

I'm not a jack-of-all-trades, but a plumber.The work is done with high quality, the hot water is at the optimal temperature, there is no leakage when the shower is turned on.You paid $350 for all this. What complaints can you have?
