Jess gets my gold star rating! His serious dedication and commitment in helping me achieve my fitness goals is admirable and motivating. Where I thought I couldn 't even do 10 minutes on the elliptical, today I did close to an hour! I've never boxed before, never even thrown a punch, but with Jess' encouragemt, he says I've got "sting"! My workouts are fun snd invigorating! Jess has opened my mind to a different level of fitness. My metabolism is at high speed throughout the day. I lost 37lbs. and he is teaching me self defense. He is teaching me how to block and strike in one motion. How awesome is that??? I'm in great shape and I'm happy! Thanks, Jess:-)Apr 24, 2015
Jess knocked the excess weight off of me. I was a chubby tumny girl. Now I can throw a quick jab followed by a back hand strike while looking good in my heels. I am fierce, I am strong, I'm in great shape.Apr 21, 2015
Jess got my core tight! He taught me how to kickbox and I hope I can be his assistant someday. I love the women's self defense class he teaches. I feel strong and empowered. My diet was poor until Jess came to the rescue. He's caring, but tough. I lost 32lbs in the first 3 months of being in his class.Apr 16, 2015
I had back pain before I met Jess and he showed me how to use cardio and weight to improve my condition. The exercises aren't anything I had seen before. It seemed as though he created the exercise the moment I told him where I felt the pain. It was in the upper part of my back in the center. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attend seminars and learn as much as I can. You should never stop learning.
