My name is Eric. I had been in search for a good painter, when I came across Owen's company. I must say, my overall experience was fantastic!!! I couldn't have been more pleased with his work. He painted my whole house, with attention to detail!!! The customer service was extraordinary. He was very informative with regards to the work, gave ideas to save when working with a budget, and had a warming personality! I will definitely recommend him and his company to anyone in the future!!!

Owens company came out to paint my home. Unfortunately it was the week of Thanksgiving and we were expecting family. I was pretty nervous as the time frame allotted time was not much. Owen had assured me he would do the job and in the amount of time available. I was so nervous ( as I am not good under pressure)but Owen communicated with me to keep me informed of the progress periodically. The mans patience are like that of no other, lol because I became my mother, Annoying!!!! Anyway, he did an excellent job and completed the job with some time to spare. Not only would I use him again, but I have already referred him to family and friends.

$50/Hourly Rate (2 Hour Minimum, General Handyman Services only) Painting: $60/Hourly Rate(under 500 Sq. Ft.), or a flat rate of $120 per 100 Sq. Ft.(Flat rate goes into effect after 500 Sq. Ft.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To familiarize with the client, as well as work to be done. Free estimates are always included.

I have been a member of the New York City District Council of Carpenters for 12 years. Starting as an apprentice in the Joint Apprenticeship Training School
