What a wonderful experience! The cleaner got my apartment looking new and shiny! She was super quick and efficient, too. I was also impressed by the turnaround time as a new customer; (the manager who was very friendly and courteous on the phone) was able to get the cleaner to my apartment the following day. During my initial contact with the office, I knew excellent customer service was important to this company. The first person I spoke with was Jazmine. She was professional, knowledgeable and followed up with scheduling exactly as she said she would. Everyone I have encountered has been great. The house cleaners consistently do a great job; they are friendly, personable and trustworthy. They always show up when scheduled. I am very satisfied with the services. I am extremely unsatisfied with your service. The young lady that came did no better than my 6 year old grandson at cleaning leaving dirt and garbage behind and piles of mess.The worst thing she did was just leave without saying anything and my front door open.
