Wow where to start. This hard working woman went to town on my apartment. She scrubbed walls, scrubbed mold until spotless, dusted, took her time, had patience & made sure I was 100% satisified before she left & made sure I knew if their was anything else she could help me w/ she would. She even carried in all my heavy laundry down the stairs into my apartment for me.. She even swept the leaves outside before she left! She moved furniture & really did not miss a spot. She wiped everything down I didn't have to ask she was already on it..It was really money well spent & I could tell by talking to her & the quality of her work that this is really what she likes to do. She worked around my last minute schedule & was so helpful, kind & personable. I'm veryy grateful to have found Annie from rainmakers cleaning. Will definetly be using her services again & I highly recommend hiring her, you won't regret it.

I offer an estimate based on the info provided by the customer. Although it may not be 100% accurate due to limited data I am always willing to adjust either way.

I like to have an initial contact in order to identify your needs. I offer information and estimates but i keep an open mind understanding that situations might change due to lack of specific data.
