- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?First time customers pay the full rate if they become a recurring client then they are discounted at 10%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I introduce myself, have a conversation about the job also giving them a price quote and then arrange a day and time. If there are add ons I let them know the additional cost .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started doing cleaning for homeowners / apt owners who were doing BNB with their homes. I would come in either Thursday or Friday afternoons, clean and set up their homes for the guest. When they left I would come back and clean the home for the owner.
