***Spring 2024 Offer**: As part of our new client onboarding process, We offer (3) complimentary design hours, which are used for:
-On-site Client Meet & Greet / Design Consult - get to know each other and discuss the project in person.
-Mood Board showing our initial design intent for the project; based on our design consult.
-A virtual meeting (Zoom / Google Meet) to discuss the mood board, answer any questions, and discuss the next steps.
Our process:
1- Consultation - We understand your project's unique particulars and initiate the design dialog.
2- Proposal - We present a design proposal that outlines the scope of work and payment structure.
3- Design - We develop a design direction, create a final plan, 3D renderings and mock-ups.
4- Execution - We find the right professionals to execute the work. We oversee all aspects until completion.

Lorenzo Cota/Creative, was able to work within our budget for our Bathroom Remodel, they were professional and thorough throughout the whole process. Ella Interior contractors were very professional and curious during their time in our home.

Our company worked with Lorenzo and Christopher on a project to build a 2nd story office space. Lorenzo had so many great ideas and completely understood what we were trying to achieve. His design intent and logistical suggestions were highly valued in creating the perfect space for us. They were very attentive and offered to help at every step, keeping things organized and moving everything along as needed. We’re a small company, but I could tell that they could very easily transition to large scale projects, and, even though we’re small, we were never made to feel that way. Every email was immediately responded to. Phone calls and in-person meetings were easily coordinated to review and discuss things as needed. There was always follow-up by them to see if they could be of assistance or to remind when things needed to be completed. Lifelike renderings were provided along the way to help us achieve a visual understanding of the space. We also valued that they would reach out to let us know in advance if their offices would be closed, including holidays, which was a thoughtful and unexpected touch. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an interior design professional.
