- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very inexpensive because of the amount of volume we currently have. We have been a tough competitor to several companies over our pricing. if you have loads to removal, don't forget to ask about our friends and family discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
build customer relationship, follow covid-19 protocol and making sure customers are getting the service they deserve. Our Moto is treating everyone as a family member because that's what this business is about.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Saw several families get fined for leaving out junk or holding junk for years. My cousins and I wanted to make a difference and help prevent clutters from piling up. We started from a small car to owning a truck and naming our company EZ Junk Removal, inc.
