I am a foreigner working in marketing area which requires a lot of professional communication verbally and in written format. I was frustrated because I sensed that my English, while good, was lacking in subtle ways that held back my success. I asked Casper for guidance and he quickly pointed out two areas; my use of past and present tense, and articles. Casper explained that if I worked to improve these, my business English would improve about 30% overall.
