I can't speak highly of James enough. One of the most patient and professional massages ever. My husband sciatic flared up badly. I have a very stubborn husband, who refused to admit that he was in way more pain than he was. James came in and immediately begun working on him. My husband of course wanted to basically tell James what to do every step of the way. James just listened and moved. Listened and moved. I swear he's a saint because several times, I had to tell my husband to shut up and let James work. That kind of patience is celestial. After James left, my hubby was definitely in less pain and a lot less crabby. I arrived in NYC following a 15 hour flight from Asia and running a 5k. I was in bad shape. James assisted in relieving my pain. He is extremely professional. He was punctual and constantly checked in to ensure the pressure is appropriate. He takes pride in his work. The Massage was indeed one of the best I have received. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I let my customers fill an assessment form which is also a contract which takes less than three minutes to fill out, then an assessment based on that information by talking the client about their needs and concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attended the Swedish Institute of New York class of 2001.
