- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that my prices are reasonable and well below many other organizers. I also have a referral program as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to chat with my clients to see what their energy is and to get an idea of how they work and how we’ll work together to complete the task at hand. When I begin the job, I like to clear all obvious clutter then start to categorize items into groups such as trash, recycling, things that go in other rooms, and donations. I like to physically handle every single item in the room so we know what it is and where it needs to live.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by helping a dear friend who runs her own business and has a family. She is like a tornado trying to get everything done. She was in overwhelm and so were her closets! I started one by one and she was absolutely thrilled with the results. I developed a real passion for order and living a simple, uncluttered life.
