I’ve been training with Lyndsey for over 2 years, both in person and virtually She’s fabulous! Great full body workout tailored to your ability. Very conscientious about form. She’s the first trainer I have worked with that didn’t cause an injury. Also very knowledgeable about diet and nutrition. Highly recommend.

I took Pilates classes with CroFit and LOVED it. My lower back was in a lot of pain from high intensity training and strength training. My core needed to be stronger for the amount I was lifting. After one class I felt better. Then after taking some classes I worked with her one on one and was hooked. Including her Pilates training in my fitness routine was the best decision I’ve ever made for my health.
