Introduction: My background in calisthenics and TRX training (which use bodyweight rather than weights and machines) combined with classical weight training allow me to approach working out from many different angles. I can train you with a dumbbell or barbell just as well as I can train you with nothing but your body and a few fun tools. Seing the results in my clients. Many people start to workout very begrudgingly, they know what they want but don't really see the light at the end of the tunnel, so they don't think it is realistic. As a trainer, that is what I love, when after a few sessions they start to see that they can change, and that working out is working for them.

Paul is great! I worked with him for 5 months and lost over 20lbs! Although we only met once or twice a week he always made sure to check up on me give me homework to keep me on track. He also helped with my nutrition which made all the difference
