Scott has worked at ILKB for more than 4 years, where he used to lead fitness group classes of 50+ people. Scott has 5+ years of kickboxing training/experience. Scott in collaboration with AC fitness has been featured in People Magazine and Readers Digest,  and in collaboration with the reporter, Leanne Manas has been featured in Timeslive from South Africa. Personal Training

I started training with Scott one week ago and I’m loving it, He is very patience, friendly, focus on the exercise and improving how you can do it better and better! Doesn’t give up on you!! That keeps me motivated...correct your posture, explain the exercise and for boxing you can see that he has a passion for that! If you have never tried boxing you must! Give it a try with Scott! It’s fun, good exercise, improve your agility and coordination as well :-) when you finish the session you just feel “good!” :-)

Highly recommended. Scott knows his stuff and is a pleasure to be with. He prepares for his sessions and knows how to motivate. I started Boxing with him 4mths ago (as a complete beginner) and my two sessions a week are a highlight for me. I feel great and progress week by week. 👍🏼 🥊

I just had my first session with Scott for a beginner boxing lesson. I was nervous before hand as a true beginner, but he was kind, motivating, and made the session fun.     We will start with a quick fitness assessment to see where you are and what are your goals. and I will from there create a program accordingly to your goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have over 5 years of experience of kickboxing/ boxing. my former employer was I am currently studying to be NASM certified and almost graduating with a bachelor in finance.
