I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors Degree in Musical Theater Performance and a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition in progress. Artists are athletes and they should be treated as such. Every professional athlete has a Strength and Conditioning Coach training them off the field, so they can be the best they can be ON the field. That is what I do for artists and actors. I absolutely loved doing Amanda’s program! Not only does she supply you with easy/quick workouts that really do the trick as well as help you get a clear vision of your goals. She also supplies you with the tools to get the life/body you want in a sustainable way! And I think that is really the key to why working with Amanda is so life changing. She helps you discover what moderation looks like in your individual life and then teaches you how to build a sustainable routine that keeps you motivated and not overwhelmed. I lost 10 lbs on Amanda’s program but for me that wasn’t my goal I wanted to create healthy habits for life and that I could continue forever. Amanda is amazing to work with! I always felt very lost at the gym but her program let's you worn up the courage to a good workout routine. She gives you videos that show you how to do everything. She is good about meeting you where you are but pushing you to try new things. Highly recommend!

Amanda is such a caring person and trainer! I’ve been training with her over a year and have gone from never working out to now attending the gym and lifting weights. She has helped me to reach my goals one at a time by supporting and assisting me to set attainable ones. The amazing part is she makes it enjoyable through it all, even the most difficult exercises, because she loves what she does as well. I have come to love working out because of her. Thank you, Amanda. Looking forward to continue to work with you! Here’s me recently setting my PR. I started off with 5LB dumbbells. My goal has always been to become stronger. Now I can squat more than 100LB!!! Amazing progress!!!
