- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I either offer 10 session packages, or month-to-month payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a Conversation. I will be asking questions as to why you want to hire a personal trainer so I can better understand you and your specific goals. Then we meet for a first time fitness assessment session. Think of it as an introduction. From there I’ll be able to gather all the information I need and we will map out a plan for you, and go to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been lifting since I was 19, and exercising my whole life through team sports. I’m trained in Shaolin Kung Fu by an authentic Shaolin Grandmaster from China. I got certified in 2014 to begin working with clients.
