I’ve been lifting since I was 18 years old and have been an athlete for the majority of my life exploring many areas of fitness. Recently I’ve studied Shaolin Kung Fu (all the martial arts combined) with an authentic celebrity Shaolin monk from China. Although I developed some incredible skills and personal growth I left the temple to devote my full time into my career. With me you will lose weight, gain muscle, gain energy, feel younger, reduce stress, and reduce pain. My forte is Strength Training/Bodybuilding, Boxing/Kickboxing, Calisthenics, and HIIT. On top of your training we will discuss how incredibly important your diet must be to achieve the best results from your physique to athletic performance. I will supply you with all the tools you need to succeed! Calorie calculator, macronutrient calculator, and diet plan! Losing weight is as easy as a simple math problem. You need to burn more calories than you consume in a day. Exercise only increases your metabolic rate so we can get you to your goals as fast as possible! 100% of my clients have seen results and change. I reside in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn (A/C trains). Let’s make it work! *Ideally we would be training in your home residence, apartment building gym, or private location.*

Taylor inspired and encouraged me to push my limits and to challenge myself. I can feel my body getting stronger after each session. It also helps with my mental wellness. I get better sleep and feel calmer after working out and releasing all those negative energy inside of my body.

Taylor upped my game. As a former athlete, I thought I knew it all - but Taylor offered some advice that not only helped my immediate health, but also my mental health as my depression has vanished since I implemented his healthy living strategies. I have lost 55 lbs since late January, and Taylor is they guy you want in your corner to achieve your fitness goals.

Taylor is one of the most dedicated personal trainers I’ve had the pleasure of knowing.
