- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jen Painter Photography has base prices for different kinds of productions. These base prices do not include travel and other expenditures. Contact Jen for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I am excited to hear about your project and your goal. After learning more, we go over some questions that must be answered in order to start the production process, including team, budget and timeline. From there we review and sign an agreement and you submit a 50% deposit, which reserves your booking date(s) and confirms my services. From there we continue the collaborative production based on the individual project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my AA in Photography at FIT and my BA in Cultural Anthropology at Hunter College in New York City. After going to school and growing my business in Brooklyn for 8 years, I moved to Philadelphia to make a home and continue exploring vibrant people and communities in hopes of telling their stories.
