Nick's quote was reasonable. He coordinated the time of the appointment and send me the necessary details of what hardware I needed to get. He should up on time, worked very efficiently to install my sink faucet. He asked his advice on other repairs I needed and he happy assessed them and told me what to do.

Nick is amazing. He does what he says he can do, and then he does more! He is very experienced and he has expertise outside his domain (plumbing) and you need that at times. For example we needed a garbage disposal to be installed, which required a power point and a switch. While we were crazy figuring out how to do it, he gave a wonderful solution that made an almost impossible job possible. He is reasonable in his price, he is courteous. Also, he is amazingly punctual. Would keep hiring him again and again.

When it comes to plumbing you need someone reliable who not only knows what he's doing but can suggest better ways of doing things without affecting the integrity of the system. He is the best I've found so far. He installed a whole house water filteration system. Worth the investment and worth the interaction. Nick responded to us very quickly and on a Sunday night, after one of our toilets overflowed and made a mess of my bathroom. After explaining what was going on over the phone, he was able to come by the next day to take a look. He was punctual, polite, professional, and very informative about what he was doing and explained everything to us. Unfortunately, we have to replace both our toilets, but it was something we had planned on doing anyway. When we get the new toilets, we will definitely be calling Nick to install them for us. You will not regret hiring Nick, and we will definitely use him from now on for any plumbing needs.
