- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pomegranate Property Management believe in full financial transparency. That's why we have all of our pricing right on our website. We are the ONLY Brooklyn property management company with clear pricing on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally speak with the new clients about their property goals and needs. I take my time and answer every single question a property owner has. I want to get a complete understanding of where the owner's pain points are, what headaches we can handle for them and what we off. It's vital that our clients understand how we operate and are assured that their property is in excellent hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold two professional designations currently and they are: CRS - Certified Residential Specialist ABR - Approved Buyer's Representative I am an HPD certified property manager and take every course they offer. I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and I take all of their continuing education courses annually. I also perform continuing education courses for both NYS and Connecticut real estate licenses.
