Daniel and his team are doing an outstanding job managing our properties in Phoneix! He leased our last unit in 3 days and got us $75 over what we thought we'd get. he's handled every issue that's come up in a timely manner, the accounting is on point and we are never bothered with anything. We just wait for our funds every month and the monthly statements are easy to read, I love them! I would recommend Solomon Property Management to anyone looking for a great property manager!

Solomon Property Management has been managing our 3 units for 6 months now and we couldn't be happier. Our tenants are happy, our funds come in on time and our property is well kept. If you're looking for an excellent manager, I highly recommend them.

Daniel and his team offer incredible management services! I have hired several large and well known firms before and I've never had the smooth transaction and excellent customer service I received with solomon property management. My tenants are well taken care of and have complimented the solomon team. They are professional and kind to them and the tenants appreciate that. When we signed up with them we had 3 units vacant, that had been vacant for almost 6 months with the previous management company. Daniel came in and filled all 3 units in a matter of days! I couldn't be happier with the service I've received. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

AMAZING! That's the only word I have for Daniel and his team at Solomon property management. I have had 3 other property managers handle our multifamily property but none of them have had the attention to detail that Daniel has. They set up our communication portal and setup our online payments faster than we expected and they've handled all of our tenant's issues starting the day we signed the management agreement. Daniel is a true professional and my husband and I appreciate his help with managing our rental property.

Daniel manages a 25 unit property for my partner and I. He is amazing! He's not just a true professional but he also makes sure that we are clear on what needs to get done to make sure our property generates maximum revenue. The monthly reports are easy to understand and my funds are direct deposited right into my account every month. My tenants are happy and we're making more money because the tenants are staying longer. I love that!
