- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reasonably honest prices. Show us the contract and "We will beat that price". Providing that the contractor is licenced insured and is using the same material that we are providing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our aim is to differentiate ourselves from our competitors by providing excellent workmanship and customer service. The goals of Fix a Roof and Roofing and all of its workers are to provide you with excellence in service, roofing and construction. Our foremost interests to earn and maintain your optimum satisfaction. Quality most valuable asset is you the customer. We need your referrals. We appreciate the rewarding multiplier effect of our customers speaking highly of us, and recommending us to friends and associates. We also understand the damaging effect of not winning your satisfaction. It is to this end that all the workers of Your Roofers Roofer! Roofing are trained, and trained continuously, in the principles of being thorough, paying attention to detail, doing business with integrity, and of being oriented to achieve our goals of earning your satisfaction and recommendations. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed high school and took a real estate course in Kingsboro Collage. I am a Firestone authorized installer since 1996 Voted best of 2015 & 2016 by thumbtack. Numerous awards for religious instatutions.
