- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always work around the customers budget I NEVER over price. When booking a 50% deposit must be made three days prior to your event. I only accept payments via Apple Pay, Cashapp, or cash
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when I meet a customer I always try to make them feel comfortable. I answer all questions to the best of my ability. Yes, I’m new to this but I have experience working in large parties with 500+ guests. I usually set a meeting with the customer so I can know what their expectations are from me. I also help customers come up with three Signature drinks for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my high school diploma and I am currently a college student my anticipated graduation is May 2021 where I will be receiving my bachelors degree in Health Science
