- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically projects are priced either per-hour or flat-rate. We usually require 50% down to begin the project, and then 50% before handing over final files or launch of website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our approach is multi-faceted. We do the following: 1) Initial consultation: This is a face-to-face, video or phone conversation to ascertain your needs and goals. This step is essential to allow us to understand how to best approach your project. If we're unable to discuss, we'll send you a series of questions via email so we can ensure this essential component. 2) We provide you with a comprehensive quote alongside an indication of how we intend to approach your project. Depending on the type of project and scope, we may also include a solutions presentation which will indicate exactly what your project will include. We will also provide you with a contract to sign at this point. 3) Depending on the type of project, we will require all assets - including logos, copy, sitemaps etc at this point. 4) We send you the first round of static designs. Usually we limit everything to 3 rounds of revisions but depending on the project, this can be less or more depending on the type and scope of the project 5) We put everything in motion and ensure it's completed in a timely manner! 6) Final payment is due before website or product launch, or handing over of final files.
