- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our ideal clients' collection is customized to their specification, It would be unfair to create a price when each client has their own vision, where cost can fluctuate. We plan fabulous and luxurious ambiance for our client, and our pricing is not the cheapest, and we are not the most expensive. What we can state is that our cost for planning your destination weddings or events starts at $3,500.00. Destination Wedding Collection cost can fluctuate according to what couples select for their ceremony and reception at the destination hotel of choice for those in attendance. Out cost is $2,500. In the area of Luxurious Weddings Collection, couples have started with an investment of $20,000.00 plus. This service caters to our busy professional ( bride and groom) who wants to show up and shine without the stress of planning their wedding. NOTE: We do not turn anyone away, we listen attentively to our client's ideas and vision, and if budget needs adjustment the vision is discussed in more detail. Many times some clients will upgrade to the customized package we create with them. Other luxurious events includes but not limited to Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Corporate Dinners, Employees Appreciation, Company Picnics, Family Reunions,Rehearsal Dinners, Fundraisers, Quinceanera, Festivals and other events, starting with an investment of $15,000.00. A quote is required for Corporate Events which some of our Corporate Events includes company picnics, client or employee appreciation events, employee spa retreat, and special events started with an investment of $50,000.00 and higher depending on our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process will be an introductory phone call, briefly chatting with the client, to get a feel of their vision, then schedule a face to face consultation, this is important ensuring we are a perfect match for each other and if we are and we are hired, we get deeper into their vision and expectations. We are a fun team, and we love our clients to be comfortable and relax during the planning process. A note to all our clients, we travel to you we meet at a public location of choice. We are very mindful of our clients' privacy and respect their time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Certified in Wedding and Event Planning with "The Bridal Society", and also certified in Business, Social Skill, Wedding and Table Manners Etiquette with the " American Business Etiquette Association." My team and I have 20 years of combined knowledge in planning weddings and special events. We have participated in Wedding Conferences and training in New York, Vegas and Florida. We at Laa-Vision Events create the trend, we don't follow any, and we keep learning all the new ideas that come to the Event Industry marketplace.
