- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts to first-time clients, smaller non-profits and individuals. I also offer payment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call (generally 15 minutes) is scheduled to discuss the scope of the project and key deliverables. If the client is located in the NYC area, an in-person meeting can also be arranged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in English and Psychology MS in Developmental Psychology 15+ years of experience as a grant writer and development director
