I tried out a free workout, and it was a good 30 min. circuit training workout. Nothing I had done before, so I signed up to start next Month for 2 days a week. I am looking forward to do something new, and to burn more calories to lose weight.
Anna has done an excellent job with my training. Right from the start, she easily was able to point out my weaknesses and build a training routine based on those weaknesses and my fitness goals. Anna takes a personal approach and cares about her clients. She is very knowledgeable in her field which shows in the excersies she has me do and how she answers any workout and muscle questions I might have. Because of Anna I can confidently play sports and train again. I would definitely recommend her.

I spoke to Ashley on a Tuesday, she was able to meet with me on that Thursday and had me training the following week! I like training with Ashley because she's incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She's does not limit her service to just exercise either; Ashley was able to guide me with my eating habits and tweak them where I needed it most. She also offers writing out an exercise regimen on days away from Tailored Fitness if you're lost in the gym. I started training with Ashley for police agility tests. I can already see improvements, i.e. I could barely do push ups when I started in December, now I can! And I enjoy the semi-private option. It's cost effective and fun! Everyone you meet is super friendly.

I saw Jericho for weight loss, we had a comfortable meeting to discuss terms and pricing, which i found to be exceedingly reasonable. He is super knowledgeable about everything with your body. He is very light hearted and funny but at the same time is serious, and motivates you. He advises you on on every aspect to make you truly get the results that you desire. He provides a diet plan for you and tips that you can do to improve your results. My experience with him has been Priceless because it taught me how to become healthy and stay healthy. He boosts your self esteem and uplifts you so that you can be the best you that you could be. in my brief time with him (i moved far away) i lost 20 pounds (within 2months). No one can get you results better than he can. In my opinion he should be the only one you go to if you live in that area. He also provides other services like body building and training. He's wonderful.
