Looking forward to the next visit. Only one so far, but to me, it seems this is the real deal.Oct 25, 2016Verified
Words can't really describe how happy (ecstatic? giddy?amazed? thrilled?) I am with the cleaning service Rodney recently provided at my home. He cleaned every single nook and cranny, and it has N-E-V-E-R been cleaner. My appliances sparkle, my bathrooms glisten, and my floors are like mirrors. The carpets now look brand new. Rodney takes pride in his work, and it shows. I recommend him without hesitation for any cleaning job anyone might have. He is polite, professional, and super efficient. I am so glad to have met him. He will be at the top of my list for any cleaning I may ever need in the future. Thank you, Thumbtack!Apr 19, 2016Verified
Rodney did an outstanding job cleaning our house! He was very thorough and cleaned things I don't usually even think of! I would highly recommend hiring him for your cleaning needs! I've never seen our house sparkle so bright!Apr 19, 2016Verified
Deep or Spring Cleaning
So, this account is under a woman's name, but the person who messaged me was a man named Rodney. I set a time for Rodney to come clean my sisters apartment, talked to him on the phone, and confirmed when and where he would be cleaning via text message. Even though we connected and confirmed he never showed up. I tried to contact him again to see what happened and I heard nothing. This would fall into the category of no call no show.Aug 12, 2016VerifiedKnight's Kleaning Services LLC's reply
Well she sent me to a scammers website to get paid .She's a scammer and I'm not going to get scammed. This is why I did not show up.
Rodney is punctual, thorough and consistently positive about whatever needs to be done- thank you! I would highly recommend him!Apr 2, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We charge 30 dollars an hour. It usually takes about 5 hours to do a whole house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Well why I frist meet the customer I show them my license. To make them feel better knowingly the have never met me.Then I ask them what would they like done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Well I have been in the reastraunt business. For 30 yrs.I'm more of a detailed cleaner. I'm very good at what I do. I can see what needs cleaned usually better than the customer.
