Our Experience with Direct-Tech in our Home PC problem was less then favorable Even though there prices were competitive and they seamed professional in knowledge they fell short in follow up and customer service after the repair. The Lead Tech Tanvir Shagar was on time and preformed the repairs, however the list of problems after the fix was long. The 1st call back resulted in a dial-in they do so by remote desktop (an app they install on you PC) to fix the problems that needed attention . One week later a few major issues popped up, we attempted to cal Mr Shagar back 3 different times only to get a e-mail starting his partner would handle the problem,,,that was 1 week ago......I ended up handling the issues myself. All in All make sure your Tech dose this for a living and shop around...we found out saving a few dollars was not the right avenue to go down.May 26, 2013Verified

My computer just stopped working & I could not get it to restart. The Tech reviewed by problem with me once on the phone and again when he arrived at my home. Then he started checking different items of the computer. After a complete check over it was determined that the mother board was fried and there was no fix to it. He reviewed all my options and I went with a purchase of a new computer in stead of fixing the old one. He took my hard drive and transferred all my important files so I could get them when I got the new computer.
