We also do upgrades that include ram, video cards, SSD drives and larger hard drives. We can also help with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 upgrades to Windows 10. Most advice is free as are most computer repair estimates.

Laptop was coming apart at the hinges every time it was opened. Came in and very quickly and free of charge I was shown that the screws had came loose and some were totally out. Tightened them up and couldn't be happier. I asked and he gave me advice on how to improve my PC. Has a clear wealth of knowledge about computers and will give you an honest answer. Will be back!

The guy there suggest solutions and didn't charge an unreasonable price. Been there 3 times for different computers and all three were great. He knows his stuff.

Highly recommended!!! My laptop suddenly broke down, like dead. I tried to recharge the battery or plug in, but that didnt work. If it is the motherboard broken, then it will take much time and money to fix that. But after I brought it here, the guy quickly fix that problem, like magic.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is estimated job by job. In some cases there is no charge if the repair is less than a few minutes. IE: Apparent loose cable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask question relating to the repair when the client brings their computer in. Take notes and call back once we have an idea of the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 1982. Over the years we went to many technical training classes that manufacturers offered. We have fixed 1000's of computer over 38 years.
