FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services are billed at an hourly rate or a flat fee that is determined on a project-by-project basis. E.B. Howard Consulting is happy to discuss with you regarding your project needs and build a plan of service that works best for you and your organization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use a utilization-focused approach to grant development, implementation, and evaluation. This approach emphasizes the involvement of stakeholders in the project development and evaluation process to enhance the usefulness of each proposal. The key to this process is the collaborative, team-based approach, which aims to create a cohesive working relationship between the administrators, evaluator, the project team, and stakeholders.
