"Karen has been my personal trainer for about 9 years and I have lost almost 100 pounds through diet and exercise with Karen's guidance. Karen is always very creative with her exercises. Other trainers that I have had just had me do the same routine over and over again. Karen changes up the exercises which is more interesting and is also better for your muscles. Karen helps to make exercise more fun which has helped to motivate me to keep on working hard to get into shape. Destination Message is a wonderful place to work out. "
