I asked Jim to install of an under mount bathroom sink to replace one with a crack. I usually do home repair projects myself but after getting under the sink to attempt it I decided to hire this one out (wasn't sure how to detach the sink since the screws on the mounting clips wouldn't move and I didn't want to damage the granite). I sent Jim a few pictures of the project to be completed, we were able to coordinate our schedules very quickly and easily, and less than a week later I have my new sink installed and a new go-to for handyman work that I'm not comfortable with. While he was there I asked Jim to give me a quote on another project I plan on completing this winter that is outside my comfort zone. Nicest part was that it was easy to get the project done- I didn't have to screw around with cancellations (which I have had to do before from other contractors) and we didn't have to go through a multi-step quote to completion process.
