- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a starting $500 wedding package, many of ou. This package includes 1 Bride bouquet, 3 Bridesmaids bouquets, 1 toss bouquet, 2 Mothers corsages, 1 groom boutonniere, 3 groomsmen boutonnieres, 2 fathers boutonnieres and 1 cake flower assortment to coordinate with your colors. The flower collection of this package includes roses, hydrangea and seeded eucalyptus (You may choose the color of roses and hydrangea.),. Flower availability, color choice, and pricing may vary by season and holidays. We do have standard pricing for the following rental items: table mirrors, votive cups, candelabra, candlesticks, silver centerpieces, aisle runners (both cloth and disposable), plus columns and pillars. More involved services and events necessitate custom pricing. Each order is a custom order and depends on the size, quantity, and flowers selected for the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our brides and grooms fact-to-face. Yes, many ideas can be shared electronically and over the internet, but it is always best to finalize the details in person. Our initial consultation may last an hour or two and in that time we get to know you better and together, we lay the plans for your perfect wedding day. We will provide you with an estimate at the end of our meeting. Should you decide to confirm your date with us by depositing a percentage of the amount of your wedding, our next step is to send you a detailed wedding contract via email, or your preferred method of communication, with everything we discussed along with pricing and delivery details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plant Place & Flower Basket was formed in 1974, and we have watched the wedding environment change and morph over the last 41 years. Our wedding specialists and designers have had many years experience in the floral industry. One of our designers was a wholesale florist for over 25 years and he has trained with many of the industry's finest designers.
