We recently hired Jarad to replace old carpet and some hardwood with LVP. I have to say that this is the best experience I've had with a contractor. He was knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, and maintained excellent communication. He adhered to the budget and timeline perfectly, keeping me updated throughout as any surprises came up. And the floors came out beautiful, clearly displaying his attention to detail and artistry. We feel very lucky to have found Jarad for this project.
