ALL of the above. Her patients and professionalism when teaching are second to none. She is very knowledgeable about her profession. She has been a great help to me.
Christine is an amazing yoga instructor and great personal trainer. I originally started with her to rehab a recent injury. I expressed interest in taking a yoga class, but was apprehensive because I had taken a few and was intimidated by the place and people. She told me that her classes were different. I stuck around and took a class. She made me feel so comfortable and the people there were having fun too. Great studio and great owner.

I meet students where they are, from beginner to advanced. Yoga is for everyone, and I make it accessible even to complete beginners. I like to use yoga for our lives. Yoga is way more than exercise. It's an every cell of the body experience!
I teach power Vinyasa that encourages students to set their pace and find and create each pose in their own body. They become accountable for and empowered by their own practice and gain skills that they can use not only on the mat but off the mat as well. I love seeing growth and transformation in others.

Her classes promote growth and self-healing through both gentle repetitive movement and precision in body alignment, using variation, modification, and props. As a former dancer, LizziDee's yoga journey began in Los Angeles where she discovered Power and Vinyasa Yoga offered the same joy of movement and maintained the fluidity of the body that modern dance had. She also found yoga philosophy, which opened up a more positive way of being in the world. Five years later, while finishing her BFA in Visual Arts, the more therapeutic Iyengar method came to LizziDee'ÂÂs rescue when an old whiplash injury and a mild scoliosis started catching up with her. She received both the power to heal herself and an extensive 230-Hr teacher training in Iyengar methodology from Lillah Schwartz, Adaptive Yoga and Back Care Specialist in Asheville, NC. Lizzi has been returning to her studies over the past year with Lillah Schwartz and with Aadil Palkhivala (Purna Yoga), and is working toward her 500+Hr Professional Certification as a Yoga Therapist. Since beginning to teach, LizziDee has studied Purna Yoga with Aadill Palkhivala, yoga anatomy with Roger Cole, Viniyoga with Gary Kraftsaw, Jivamukti Yoga with David Life, and Vinyasa Flow with Shiva Rhea. She has taught throughout the mountains of South Carolina, both the South Shore & North Shore of Long Island, and now the greater Buffalo area. She enjoys customizing yoga for individual students, loves getting tough questions from students, and strives to make yoga an accessible, awareness building, and healing practice for everybody. LizziDee is also a 3-dimensional artist with an MFA from Stony Brook University (SUNY). Her eco-conscious sculptures, installations, and movement-based performances draw on the awareness of interconnectedness that yoga offers.
I teach traditional yoga in a nurturing environment with an emphasis on compassion and healing. You will become stronger, more flexible and more balanced in your body, mind, and spirit. You will learn to practice on your own, on and off the mat. If you want to grow your courage and live a happier, more relaxed life, this is the place for you. Helping people enjoy life by finding the joy inside is my number one priority. It is the most rewarding thing to know that I've helped someone find their joy. That joy spreads out to everyone around them and in turn spreads to the world. That's the coolest thing ever.

I'm certifed in hatha yoga and iynegar method, with an extensive background in power, vinyasa, and vikram.
I start my private sessions by first relaxing my client with several breathing techniques, soothing the nerve system with wonderful and classical enchanted music. Once my client is relaxed, has cleared his/her mind and has finally let go of all negative thoughts and the monkey mind, we start with the chakras. The Chakras are the energy centers in our body in which energy flows through. Then we continue with the asanas and stretching every muscle of the body, focusing in the areas where there is an existing pain and discomfort, then followed by the areas that are out of balance within the entire body and ending the session with a wonderful and powerful relaxation.
