My husband and I needed help unloading our 15-foot, furniture-filled U-Haul with fairly short notice, and Jason responded to my request right away. He was also flexible when I needed to reschedule the unloading for one day later than originally scheduled, since my husband and I returned to Buffalo later than expected. Three movers promptly arrived to help us, though Jason only charged us for two movers since our original request was for a two-person job, which we greatly appreciated. The movers were friendly and helpful, and unloaded the truck in record time without damaging any of our items - including a very heavy mirrored dresser that previous movers have complained about! Overall, the cost was very reasonable, and the service was the best quality one could ask for while dealing with the inevitable stressors and expenses associated with moving. We would use Phenix Movers again and would recommend them to anyone who needs moving help.

Jason returned my initial inquiry almost immediately. We quickly decided upon the work that needed to be done (moving a heavy safe to the second floor of my house) and arrived at a price. The price, I felt, was very reasonable. When the new safe arrived, and it was time for the actual move, Jason scheduled it very quickly for me. The 3 employees arrived early (after a phone call) on the day of the move, and were very focused on the move, protecting my property and the house, and worked attentively. I got the feeling that they really cared about doing a good job for me. Indeed, the job took less time than actually quoted, and the results were stellar. I can say nothing more than that they did an excellent job, and probably exceeded my expectations.
