I can't say enough about the times I have had food at Urban Farm Table. Roy's knowledge, skill, and passion for cooking shines through in all his dishes. I have been fortunate to taste his food from his restaurants to pop ups around Seoul when I lived there. He prepared a lunch for my birthday back in 2016 and to this day my friends and I still talk about that meal. If you have to chance to have his food don't pass it up. Tell your friends and have a great meal!

I’ve been able to enjoy Chef Roydon Kim’s food on several occasions and it’s always amazing. Fermentation and preservation techniques are fantastic, we are very fortunate to have him in WNY.
