Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I offer fully customized training programs based upon my clients individual anatomy and fitness goals and can guarantee you will have my undivided attention for the entire duration of your training session. There are no gym membership fees. I simply charge for half-hour personal training sessions. For partnered training, I charge $20 per person for 30 minutes. For individual training, sessions can be purchased as a single for $40, 5 pack for $175, 10 pack for $300, or 20 pack for $500 - the more you buy at once, the greater the value per session! As a previous Army combat medic, I have a long-standing personal commitment to physical fitness and am passionate about sharing my expertise to improve the lives of others. My background also includes a BS in pre-med biology, an MS in health and human performance, and two nationally credited elite certifications for personal training. I encourage you to check out some of the reviews on my Thumbtack profile, and testimonials on my website, to see what my clients are saying and contact me for more information. You can also follow me on Instagram (@warrenpaschetto) and Facebook (Warren Paschetto Fitness) for workout and diet tips. I look forward to hearing from you!

Training with Warren has been the best decision I have made regarding my health. I am now 50 lbs lighter and physically stronger with more noticeable tone and definition. Most important, with Warren, I have regained my self -confidence. He customizes the workouts and is constantly encouraging and supportive. I was initially hesitant about going to a trainer, but with Warren I was immediately comfortable. He is genuine and caring with a personable, easy manner. He provides a great environment to train in and I really look forward to my workouts. His experiences and vast knowledge add so much to the training. It is a privilege to work with and know him. I am grateful for all he has done and continues to do for me. Simply put, he is amazing! Whatever your fitness goals are, in order to get the best results, you need to go to the best and that is Warren!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a professional registered member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, it is mandatory for me to complete continuing education credits in order to stay current with the latest research and developments.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

There are so many personal training certifications out there that are not nationally credited and people rarely check a trainer's background. A personal trainer with a college degree in the field is going to be educated not only in the exercise prescription, but also the science and nutrition that should be included in a program. It's necessary to understand how the body's hormones change, how nutrients can affect physiology, kinesiology, etc.
