I hired Marty for his nutritional guidance as well as a personal trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to tailor a nutritional plan that complimented my training schedule. I have gone from a size 12 to a 6 and became the strongest I have been. I recommend him to everyone I know who wants to lose weight and gain strength.

Marty is extremely helpful!! After one workout he will leave you sore- but gives you AMAZING a motivation the entire time! Working out with Marty Kretz is two words: fun and successful! You will be so wonderfully happy with your results and feel better about both your look and your attitude.

Everything went well. Joined his boot camp. He took into consideration that I was new and near 80 so he was a little bit easier on me. :) He kept me active and stopped me from turning into an old lady like my neighbors are.
