Introduction: I strive to be well versed in most cuisines. Always researching and digging to the roots of different food to build upon the bases of the cuisine. I've always cooked in high end fine dinning and experimental food but also love the allure of street food and good down home cooking. Mama's food! I like the ability to do different things and go different places. No be confined to one spot the same food. Its exciting to be jumping around and it also keeps me on my toes. I am very personable as well and love talking to people while working. To be able to explain what and why I may be ding something and educate people is important to me.
