He is very likeable and willing to explain what he does. I need to call him back because the old wood stove has a very strong metallic like odor when it burns hot, and I need to discuss thermostats he recommended. After the holiday I will call him to ask about that. I am very glad to know my chimney is ok now and fortunately it is not too cold right now.

John was really creative and open minded with finding solutions with my irregular chimney chutes so he could install stainless steel caps so future maintenance could be performed later down the road with the least amount of upkeep, all at the most competitive cost. He offered a solution, told me he would he back when it was a little cooler, and then he did a few days later like he promised and took care of business. I would never hesitate to hire John again. Just be patient. He’s a great guy. 110% recommend.
