What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are custom priced, I do not charge by the sq. ft, I have in some cases charged by the day, however; most of the murals I paint are a fixed price, according to wall size. interior or exterior, type of wall that will be painted (Sheetrock,Stone,Brick) ect. Same with the interior painting jobs, all prices are custom.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a full understanding of what the client would like. Design and create a sketch for them to see a better idea of what the project will look like. Make changes until client is perfectly satisfied with the idea (when necessary). Then transform the wall into a masterpiece!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I paint every day...and have been doing it for years, you know that old saying, practice makes perfect.
