What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my rate is $80/hour at Chittenango with a $20 fee for mobile appointments(only charged once per visit per location) I offer a new client rate of $60/hour for the initial appointment at either office.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have them Fill out a health history form and a body chart. Chat for a few Min about what we are working on and any concerns. But i only charge for time on the table!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Passed the Rigorous program at O.S.T.M in Syracuse as well as the State boards. I have already taken several cont-ed classes and Have volunteered with any Group that i could to Expand my Knowledge of the human body and the Things that people do to Break it.
