    I have a bachelor of science in fitness development from State University of New York in Cortland. I am a certified NASM personal trainer, Crossfit level 1 trainer, and Yogafit level 1 trainer.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I realized the human body is a beautiful and powerful machine. Helping others find that power within themselves is inspiring.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have experience working with sport and strength athletes, crossfitters, pregnant women, overweight clients, yoga enthusiasts, and clients looking for fat reduction or overall wellness.
