I contacted Top Shelf by phone to have my Thanksgiving dinner catered. The owner requested that i send my order in by email. I did this, it was in early October. When i didn't receive a confromation, i called back. I was told i would receive one the following day, and if i didn't to call back. I didn't receive a confromation, so i called back. The owner told me that he was very busy and not to worry about the confromation, that he had my order and everything would be at my house on Thankgiving day @ 12:00PM. Needless to say he was a no show. No call, nothing. I had 15 people at my home and no dinner. We ending up going to a local restaurant. If they were too busy to accept my order he should have at least informed me so i could make other arrangements .

Thank you, Dan & Team! We chose Top Shelf for my daughters wedding held on 9/10/2016, and I'm so glad we did!! We had 100+ guests. Our decision was based on many 5 star ratings & rave reviews, and they were right! If I had only one word to describe our top shelf experience, the word would be "outstanding". Deciding the menu took some time because there are so many great options to choose from! Once the decision was made, any additions or changes we wanted were easily made. They were incredibly easy to work with. We went with the carving station and pasta station. What an excellent decision. The roasts and sides were perfectly done, plentiful, and were absolutely delicious. The pasta station was terrific and also a lot FUN! Our family, (many of them Italians) were in their glory! Our guests loved that they were able to create their own personalized dishes. Most had never attended an event that offered this option. Everyone wanted to know what catering company we had, and from the many compliments we received you can bet that top shelf will be hearing from a lot of them. I want to commend Dan and his team! They were professional, attentive, helpful and fun. If you needed anything at all they were always right there. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with everything. From the moment they set up to their departure, this team didn't miss a beat. Amazing food and awesome service at a great price. Thank you again Top Shelf!! (Dan and team). It was fabulous. Between the venue, DJ and food, my daughters wedding was just perfect. I think it goes without saying, we will use top shelf again for sure!
